Cape Station Influencer Competition – Entry Form Terms and Conditions
1. The public is herewith invited to share their personal experience relating to Cape Station
Retail by creating a video not longer than 30‑seconds sharing their experience, which may
relate to either shopping, dining, or enjoying any activity at Cape Station Retail or,
2. Fill in the online entry form on our social media page advert with a motivation of why you
think you should be the next Cape Station brand ambassador.
3. The competition will start on 23 January 2026 and ends on 20 February 2026.
4. Participants stand a chance to win a share of prizes worth R15 000.00.
5. Entry submissions close at 23:59, on 20 February 2026.
6. The public will get to vote for their favourite video or online entry on the Cape Station Social
media pages from the 20th – 28th February 2026 until 23:59, by liking their preferred
video(s)/ online entry. The entry receiving the most likes will be announced the winner, the
entry receiving the second most likes will be announced as the runner up and the entry
receiving the third most likes will be announced as the third place.
7. The 3 winners will stand a chance to WIN prizes worth a share of R15 000.00, prizes are as
follows:

8. The competition is open to contestants 18 years and older..
9. The top 3 videos/ online entries may be used for future campaigns at the centre’s discretion,
Ts&Cs apply.
10. Contestants are required to maintain a clean and positive social media presence. Should any
content be identified that conflicts with Cape Station Retail’s Mall standards, the Centre
reserves the right to disqualify the entry or to discontinue working with the top 3 candidates
immediately.
11. Cape Station Retail staff, their service providers, any affiliated companies, Tenants, their
staff and any of their immediate family members will not qualify to enter the competition. If
found to be the case the entry form will be declared null and void.
12. Winners (top 3 contestants) will be requested to have their photographs taken for publicity
purposes.
13. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
14. The winners (top 3 contestants) must be in possession of a valid passport, South African ID
document/ Birth certificate.
15. In the event that the contacted winners (top 3 contestants) are unreachable, unable to
redeem the prize for any reason, or disqualified for any reason, they will forfeit the prize and
the next runner up will take their place .
16. Entries only valid for the duration of the Competition.
17. This hereby irrevocably indemnifies and hold harmless Cape Station Retail, its Owners,
Management and Staff against all or any liability, regarding any damage, injury to property
or person that may be incurred or sustained by any person whomsoever and howsoever
arising, including but not limited to act of negligence, and also against any action, legal
proceedings and claims of whatsoever nature which may be instituted or made, arising out
of, or in any way connected with this Competition.
