“WHERE IS THE BUNNY HIDING?” EASTER COMPETITION

Terms & Conditions

  1. This competition is promoted by Sunningdale Lifestyle Centre, and The Blue Room CC (“the Promoters”).
  2. The competition is open to citizens and permanent residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older. Winners may be required to present a valid South African ID document to claim their prize.
  3. The Easter Bunny Hunt competition will run during March 2026, with weekly clues released on Sunningdale Lifestyle Centre’s social media platforms and through in-centre promotional messaging.
  4. To participate in the Weekly Bunny Hunt, shoppers must follow the clues provided and locate the hidden Easter Bunny mascot sticker or toy bunny inside the participating store within the centre.
  5. Participants who successfully locate the Bunny may: Enter a draw to win a prize, or Win a prize instantly, depending on the weekly promotion mechanics.
  6. Weekly prizes may include Easter treats, store vouchers, or tenant-sponsored giveaways.
  7. The Final Bunny Hunt will take place on 28 March 2026 at Sunningdale Lifestyle Centre between 10:00 and 14:00.
  8. Shoppers who successfully locate the final hidden Bunny on the main activation day may qualify to win the main prize, which will be announced and awarded on the day.
  9. Winners may be contacted in person, telephonically, or via social media to confirm their details and prize collection arrangements.
  10. The Promoters will attempt to contact winners for up to seven (7) days following the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or declines the prize, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
  11. Winners may be required to collect their prize from Sunningdale Lifestyle Centre or the participating tenant at a mutually agreed time.
  12. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Employees, directors, tenants, agents, consultants, suppliers of the Promoters, and their immediate family members, partners, or associates are not eligible to enter the competition.
  14. The prize is not transferable, negotiable, or exchangeable for cash.
  15. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to prizes once they have been collected by the winner.
  16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
  17. Should any prize become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
  18. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
  19. Entrants participate in the competition at their own risk and shall have no claim against Sunningdale Lifestyle Centre and The Blue Room CC, their agents, employees, or affiliated companies arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
  20. Winners may be requested to participate in promotional or publicity activities, including photographs and social media posts, without compensation. Participation in such activities is voluntary.
  21. By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge that they may be required to provide personal information as defined by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Such information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
  22. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting info@theblueroom.co.za.
  23. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  24. All winners must be present at Sunningdale Lifestyle Centre on the 28th of March in order to claim their prize. If a winner is not present, the winner forteits the prize.
