Share the Love Competition – Entry Form Terms and Conditions
1. The public is herewith invited to tell us what they LOVE about The Marc on the Mall’s social media pages under the campaign post, through text or a 30 second video clip and stand a chance to win a share of prizes worth R10 000.00.
2. The competition will start on 01 February 2026 and ends on 28 February 2026.
3. Entry submissions close at 23:59, on the 28 February 2026.
4. The 14 winners will stand a chance to WIN prizes worth a share of R10 000.00, prizes are as follows:
• 5 x double House of Yay painting experience vouchers – worth R 3000
• 1 couple x 5 course Valentine Dinning Experience (on 14 February 2026) from Milas – worth R1500
• 1 couple x 5 course MAD Dinning Experience (Milas After Dark) from Milas – worth R1500
•5 x Valentine Hampers from Rosies – worth R2500
•1 couple Dining experience from Ribs n Burgers – worth R1000
•1 x R500 Voucher from Treasury – worth R500
5. The competition is open to contestants 18 years and older.
6. The Marc staff, their service providers, any affiliated companies, tenants, their staff and any of their immediate family members will not qualify to enter the competition. If found to be the case the entry form will be declared null and void.
7. Winners will be requested to have their photographs taken for publicity purposes.
8. Prizes are not transferable for cash.
9. The winners must be in possession of a valid passport, South African ID document/ Birth certificate.
10. In the event that the contacted winners are unreachable, unable to redeem the prize for any reason, or disqualified for any reason, they will forfeit the prize and the next runner up will take their place .
11. Entries only valid for the duration of the Competition.
12. This hereby irrevocably indemnifies and hold harmless The Marc, its Owners, Management and Staff against all or any liability, regarding any damage, injury to property or person that may be incurred or sustained by any person whomsoever and howsoever arising, including but not limited to act of negligence, and also against any action, legal proceedings and claims of whatsoever nature which may be instituted or made, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Competition.
