Terms and Conditions
- Win a ride in a Tesla Model X on Thursday, 05 September 2024, at The Marc.
- To stand a chance to WIN you need to fill in this survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JK2NWK3
- Entries will close at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 03 September 2024.
- Four entries will randomly be selected to Win a ride.
- Winners will be contacted telephonically and announced on The Marc’s social media pages.
- The four winners must be present at The Marc in Sandton on Friday, 05 September 2024 between 14:00 – 15:00 to claim their ride in the Tesla Model X.
- In the event that the contacted winners are unreachable, unable to redeem the prize for any reason, or disqualified for any reason, the winner will then forfeit the prize and another name will be drawn at random.
- The competition is open to everyone, subject thereto that persons under the age of 18 years will need parental/ guardian consent to enter.
- Winners agree to have their photographs taken for publicity purposes.
- The Prize is not transferable for cash.
- The winners must be in possession of a valid passport, South African driver’s license, South African ID document/ Birth certificate.
- Entries are only valid for the duration of the competition.
- The Marc, its Owners, Management and Staff are irrevocably indemnified and hold harmless against all or any liability, regarding any damage, injury to property or person including that may be incurred or sustained by any person whomsoever and howsoever arising, including but not limited to acts of negligence and also against any action, legal proceedings and claims of whatsoever nature which may be instituted or made, arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition.
