The Marc | Decorex Competition
Terms and Conditions
1.The public is herewith invited to enter this competition, by guessing the location of the EV Charger at The Marc and stand a chance to WIN Decorex complimentary tickets.

5 x winners will each stand a chance to win 2 x Decorex vouchers.
3.
The prize is not transferable, and will not be changed, deferred, or exchanged for cash for any reason whatsoever.
4.
The competition will start on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 and entries will close at 23:59 on Sunday, 26 July 2026.

Winners will be contacted via DM on Facebook, Instagram and TIktok and announced on The Marc Social media pages.
6.
In the event that the contacted winner is unreachable, unable to redeem the prize for any reason, or disqualified for any reason, the winner will then forfeit the prize and the second placed name will be the winner.

The competition is open to contestants 18 years and older. If any contestant under the age of 18 wants to enter parental/ guardian consent will need to be obtained..

Winners agree to have their photographs taken for publicity purposes.
9.
The winners must be in possession of a valid passport, South African driver’s license, South African ID document/ Birth certificate.

Entries are only valid for the duration of the competition.

The Marc advertising and promotional agency, service providers, any affiliated companies, will not qualify to enter the competition . If found to be the case the entry form will be declared null and void.

The Marc, its Owners, Management and Staff are irrevocably indemnified and hold harmless against all or any liability, regarding any damage, injury to property or person including that may be incurred or sustained by any person whomsoever and howsoever arising, including but not limited to acts of negligence and also against any action, legal proceedings and claims of whatsoever nature which may be instituted or made, arising out of, or in any way connected with this competition.
