Easter 2021 – Facebook Competition 

Terms & Conditions:

Thulamahashe Plaza, managed by Capital Land Property Asset Management, is conducting this
promotional competition, which is called “Thulamahashe Plaza Easter Competition”.
All participants, by entering the “Thulamahashe Plaza Easter Competition”, agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions:
1. Who qualifies to enter:
1.1 To participate in this competition, you must be a South African citizen or a permanent resident
of South Africa with a valid passport or ID.
1.2 The winner will be required to present a valid South African ID document to accept and redeem
the prize.
1.3 The winner must be willing and able to collect their prize at Thulamahashe Plaza on an agreed
date between 12 April 2021 and 31 May 2021 during Centre Management hours.
1.4 Failure to do so will constitute a breach of the terms and conditions and thus your prize will be
revoked.
2. Winner Selection Process:
2.1 The winners will be selected at random and will be announced on 5 April 2021.
2.2 Three winners will win a gift voucher worth R1 000 to a store of their choice at Thulamahashe
Plaza.
2.3 The winners will be contacted via their Facebook post.
2.4 The winners have until 30 April 2021 to respond. Not doing so will lead to forfeit.
3. Prize & Collection process:
3.1 A gift voucher worth R1 000 to a store of the winner’s choice at Thulamahashe Plaza will be
awarded to the randomly selected winner.
3.2 The winner must collect their prize at the centre management office and present their South
African ID or valid passport upon collection.
3.3 The winner’s name & contact detail will be recorded by Thulamahashe Plaza Centre
Management.
3.4 The winner will be required to sign acceptance of their prize.
3.5 The winner agrees to all photos of the winner being used for Thulamahashe Plaza marketing
and reporting purposes.

4. How to enter:
4.1 Find the golden egg at Thulamahashe Plaza, take a selfie with the golden egg, post your
photo in the comments section of the competition post, and you could be the winner of a
R1000 gift voucher to a store of your choice at Thulamahashe Plaza!
4.2 There is no limit to the number of entries permitted.
5. Important notices:
5.1 The prize cannot be exchanged, it is non-transferable, and it is not redeemable for cash or any
other prize.
5.2 Participants are responsible for all costs related to entering this competition, including cellular,
data, and travel costs.
5.3 The winner is responsible for collecting their prize from the Thulamahashe Plaza Centre
Management offices. Thulamahashe Plaza will not be responsible for any costs involved in
collecting the prize.
5.4 The winner agrees to their name being used for publicity purposes.
5.5 Thulamahashe Plaza does not accept responsibility for any losses, damages, costs or expenses
arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or
delays in the prize.
5.6 Thulamahashe Plaza does not accept any liability for reliance placed on information and/or
images and/or other content on the Thulamahashe Plaza Facebook page and website that is not
posted by Thulamahashe Plaza.
5.7 Thulamahashe Plaza reserves the right to end the competition at their discretion.
6. General:
6.1 Employees, directors, agents, contractors, and consultants of Thulamahashe Plaza and their
immediate families, associates, or business partners may not enter the competition.
6.2 In the event of a dispute with regard to any aspect of the competition and/or these terms and
conditions, the decision of Thulamahashe Plaza will be final and binding and no correspondence
may be entered into.
6.3 Thulamahashe Plaza may refuse to award the prize if entry procedures or these terms and
conditions have not been adhered to or if it detects any irregularities, fraudulent practices or
unlawful tampering.
6.4 The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered with, Facebook.
7. Privacy policy:
We confirm that the owners of Thulamahashe Plaza and their agents comply with the Protection of
Personal Information (“POPI”) in respect of personal information. You confirm that you understand
your right to privacy and the right to have your personal information processed in accordance with
POPI. You hereby give your consent for Thulamahashe Plaza to collect and process your personal information for the purpose of marketing, promotions & competitions.
