Westgate Mall – Spin n Win Competition

Terms & Conditions
- Promoters
The promoters of this competition are Westgate Mall and The Blue Room CC.
- Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to all South African citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. A valid South African ID or passport may be required to claim any prize.
2.3. Employees, tenants, store owners, agents, suppliers, consultants, and immediate family members of Westgate Mall or The Blue Room CC are not eligible to enter.
- Competition Period
3.1. T The competition will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 10h00 to 13h00, across the following months:
December 2025; February, April, June, and August 2026.
3.2. No participation outside these times will be accepted.
- Entry Mechanics
4.1. To qualify for one spin, customers must spend R250 or more in a single transaction at any one Westgate Mall store.
4.2. Only one spin per customer, per qualifying slip, will be permitted.
4.3. Only original till slips dated within the month in which the campaign is running will be accepted.
4.4. Customers must present their valid original till slip at the Spin n Win activation area to participate.
4.5. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each spin is supported by a separate qualifying R250 slip from a single store.
4.6. Slips showing combined totals from multiple stores will not be accepted.
- Prize Details
5.1. Prizes include instant giveaways, mall-branded items, vouchers, or other promotional items displayed on the wheel.
5.2. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.3. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the promoters reserve the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal value.
- Winner Selection
6.1. Every qualifying participant who spins the wheel will win the prize indicated at the end of the spin.
6.2. The result of the spin is final and binding.
6.3. No repeat spins, re-draws, or disputes will be entertained.
- Prize Collection
7.1. Prizes must be claimed immediately upon spinning.
7.2. Westgate Mall and The Blue Room CC accept no liability for lost, unclaimed, or damaged prizes once handed to the participant.
- Marketing Consent
8.1. By participating, entrants consent to Westgate Mall using their name, photograph, or video footage for promotional purposes without compensation.
8.2. Participants may decline photography or videography but must communicate this to the event team.
- Verification & Disqualification
9.1. All slips will be verified by event staff.
9.2. Damaged, photocopied, tampered, or illegible slips will not be accepted.
9.3. The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of misconduct, fraud, or violation of these terms.
9.4. The promoters may amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- Limitation of Liability
Participants agree that they shall have no claim against Westgate Mall, The Blue Room CC, their management, staff, owners, or agents for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from participation in the competition or the awarding of prizes.
- Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)
11.1. By entering, participants acknowledge that they may provide personal information as defined under POPIA.
11.2. This information will be used solely for administering the competition and related marketing.
11.3. Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting mall management.
11.4. Participants indemnify the promoters against any loss resulting from lawful processing of their data.
- Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Spin n Win Competition, all entrants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
